Orders generally ship within 2 to 3 business days after they are placed. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct during checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect, your order will be delayed. The map below is a estimation of ground shipping time once your order has left our warehouse.

Standard Ground Shipping Rates We ship standard UPS Ground of Fedex Ground. You can calculate the actual shipping cost on our shopping cart page before entering your completed address, or you can check the shipping cost at the checkout.

Shipping Options Ground 2nd Day Next Day We're Sorry But... We are Unable to Ship to Alaska or Hawaii and US Territories. International Shipping: We currently cannot ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us with any questions.

Orders over 100 lbs. may be subject to additional shipping charges and can only be shipped via Ground. If the actual costs vary from the shipping amount displayed upon checkout, you will be contacted via email with any additional shipping charges and are responsible to respond within 48 hrs. to confirm or deny shipping charges. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please email info@neeps.com. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

If you wish to cancel an order, email info@neeps.com prior to the order leaving our warehouse. In the event your order has left our warehouse prior to cancellation, please follow the standard return policy to receive a RA Number.
